The terms, plain and simple.

By creating a monnian account, you agree to these terms. monnian is operated by Asenno Oy, a company registered in Finland.

If you're using monnian on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Asenno Oy.

You're responsible for your account credentials and everything that happens under your account. Use strong, unique authentication. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Every person needs their own account. Teams share a workspace, not credentials.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. After 14 days of failed payments, your account may be downgraded or suspended.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details never touch our servers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase, unless you've expressly consented to the service beginning during that period.

Use monnian to run your business operations. Create workspaces, invite team members, manage billing, expenses, HR, and compliance. Build on our API within reasonable limits.

What you cannot do:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
• Store or transmit malicious code.
• Resell access without written permission.
• Scrape or overload the service with automated systems.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Violate any applicable law.

Everything you put into monnian belongs to you. Invoices, documents, employee records, financial data. Yours.

We hold a limited license to host, display, and process your content to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account. You can export all your data at any time from your account settings.

monnian uses AI to assist with business operations. Suggestions, summaries, and recommendations are guidance, not professional advice. You're responsible for reviewing and approving AI outputs before acting on them.

Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns may be used to improve AI capabilities. Your specific business data is never used to train models shared with other customers.

The monnian name, logo, design, and underlying technology belong to Asenno Oy. Your right to use the service does not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

monnian is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be waived under applicable law, including EU consumer protection law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

You can close your account at any time from your settings. Before doing so, you can export all your data from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

Your data is retained for 30 days after account closure to allow for recovery, then permanently deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

If you're a consumer in the EU, nothing in these terms affects your rights under the laws of your country of residence.

When these terms change, the revised version is posted here with a new effective date. For material changes, you'll be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

If you don't agree with updated terms, you can close your account and export your data before they take effect.
